Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency
unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with
the owner / advertiser.
Notes to the rental rates
Rentals are per week. Special rates may be available for bookings in excess
of three weeks. Sunday changeover is preferred but some flexibility in
changeover days may be possible. If you are a larger group, we may be
able to source another similar apartment in La Cala. Please contact us
for more details.
A non refundable deposit of £150 per week booked is required to secure
the accommodation. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
A caution deposit of £150 is also required with your final payment. This
is repayable to you when the keys are returned and we have confirmation
from our property manager in Spain that there has been no damage.
